Character Rules:

• You may Roleplay 1-4 Official characters and 0-4 Original characters.
  
• Official characters are more important than OCs. Don't join the group expecting to only Roleplay your OC.
  
• Different versions of a character( 2P, Nyotalia, Nekotalia, etc.) Count as the same character in relation to who RPs which characters.
  
• We do not accept doubles of characters!
  
• Ensure all OCs are researched and are not Mary Sues(Perfect/everyone likes them/overly tragic backstory). We also ask you stay away from adding things like neko ears, unrealistic abilities (eyes changing colour, demonic...), and etc.
  
• If you ever want to Roleplay a new character, Official or OC, tell us and don't just start appearing as that character. We can't read minds!
  
• Non-Hetalia Characters are to be avoided unless specifically involved in a Roleplay (But that doesn't mean you should start throwing in Non-Hetalia Characters in every RP. In fact, don't do it unless it's vital to the plot.). This mainly applies to group maps and forums.
  
• You are limited to changing the characters you RP as once a month at most.
  
• Make sure your Feral Heart Design for a character is relevant to the character.
  
• If you're going to RP an OC that is a child of an official character or two, please ask permission from the person that RPs that country or countries that it's okay to RP a child with them.
  
• You can RP a character you haven't claimed as long as no one else has claimed them and until someone does claim them.
  
• Official animal characters/pets can be roleplayed, but at least one official 'human' character is needed too.
