Okay, so this isn't super different from the OC Bio base, but I tweaked the names of some things and removed others I didn't think were necessary for official.
If your character officially has been seen with different hair/eye colours, then you can specify which ones you see it as in the other facts/headcannons section.
As always~ If there are other things you want to include, feel free to add them! Or if you don't want to use this at all then feel free~
