Heta's RP Ideas

So I'm gonna put some ideas I gather up here. Check in every now and then and see what I may come up with!

Percy Jackson And The Olympians/Heroes of Olympus AU - The characters are children of Greek (and maybe Roman) gods and goddesses and go to Camp Half-Blood (the Greek demigod camp on the Long Island Sound) or Camp Jupiter (the Roman demigod camp in San Francisco, California) to train against monsters and other things that may want to kill them. Along with this, there may be prophecies including one or more characters through the RP. If we do have a prophecy or more in the RP, the ones that get the prophecy should know the basics of the books.

Avatar AU - The characters can be benders or non-benders. You can choose whether your character is of the Water Tribe, the Fire Nation, Earth Kingdom, or Air Nomads, or you can also choose that they don't have bending at all. One person is the avatar; we can vote on who it will be later. It would be preferred if the person knows a bit about the show at least, though.

Harry Potter AU - (Has anyone even tried mentioning this before?) Characters are students at Hogwarts, or teachers/the Headmaster. They can be NPCs if need be, though. Choose whether your character is of the brave Gryffindors, the intelligent Ravenclaws, the hard-working Hufflepuffs, or the ambitious Slytherins.

Pirate AU - Okay, now I know we've done pirate roleplays in the past, but this one is different, kind of? It's not historical pirates, it's more of a fantasy thing. Creatures from mythology may appear. You can either be a pirate, sailing the seas with a crew, or whatever else you want to be, including mythological creatures like mermaids or whatever. (Lazy idea made from watching Sinbad and Pirates of the Caribbean.)

Would we have enough characters to make various and even numbered crews and mythical creatures though?

Maybe. Small crews, though. And only if enough people join with enough characters? owo

If the pirate one is done, I think we should try to make it so the crews are more or less even in size and there aren't too many mythical creatures out numbering the humans (sincewedohaveamythicalroleplayalready).

How about having the pirates hunting the mythical creatures to sell them/something?

Baka's idea for the pirate one is good. I was thinking something like that.


The Hogwarts AU could just be everyone going about their days in a magical school. I would say have a competition like the Tri Wizard Tournament or something, but then it would mainly focus on just three characters and them competing int he Tournament. Unless there is some other competition where more people could enter (maybe we could make one up?).

Yeaaa- Idea for the pirate AU sounds good o:

For the Hogwarts AU, it'll at first be just doing their own business, maybe just getting into their houses/getting their new classes, things like that, until we get organized, then a new competition comes up.
Maybe, like, similar to the Triwizard Tournament but only focusing on Hogwarts, where all four houses get two to three (or more) members on a team to compete against each other?

I was also thinking for the Camp Half-Blood AU, maybe at first (like Hogwarts AU) some people hanging around in camp, or some just getting used to camp because they just arrived, and maybe some god/goddess or a group of them start causing trouble (maybe a minor oneee?) or some kind of titan or whatever else causes trouble and things just gradually get worse outside of the camp. Prophecyifyouwant,sincetheyusuallyhappeninthingslikethis.

Okaysolike- more ideas

- Conspiracy (ThoughtofthisafterwatchingDetentionaire- There could be like some kind of conspiracy going on in the government or whatever that the countries don't know about and they could slowly be figuring it outtt? Could also be some kind of AU, either way.)

- Okay so I thought of this while in World Geography class- like it could take place sometime in the future, and like resources are growing scarcer and scarcer and more countries are beginning to fight over themmm?

The conspiracy idea. There was a story I read where one of the countries was being controlled by their government and were slowly taking out any human parts of them and turning them into a robot. They thought they would be more successful and could just create a new robot with saved memory and information if anything were to happen to the country.
Perhaps the countries could find out they aren't as "human" as they think and try to figure out why they are like that?

In the story, the country still kept their personality, but they acted only in a professional/unfamiliar manner with other countries they would had personal relationships with.
Perhaps, some of the countries start acting like that and others will begin to question and investigate.

Maybe it'd be a bunch of countries that are .... closely related in some way or another at first? You know so that the Governments would be able to talk to each other about the idea of that and stuff?

A lot of them are in Europe, so it can start with them?
The smaller countries or "less important" ones might be the most human, because they are not as important as they bigger countries.

When the governments and superiors start getting suspicious, they'll probably start controlling them more. Maybe use them to get rid of the countries that are doing too much snooping. This could also cause conflicts and possible wars between countries.

How many do you think we'd start with being controled? Since with us there wouldn't necessarily be loads of characters in the RP anyway to-
