Belle laughed, joining the two and sitting down next to Roderich, "We can make our own cake! I'm sure I could make one that tastes better than here!" Her voice held an amused lighthearted tone but there was a hint of pride hidden there too.

"Oh really?" Roderich said. He gave Belle a clever grin. Roderich was very aware of Belle's baking skills and he would argue that she was just as good as he was. He took another sip of his mocha before turning his music back on from his phone. "Well you'll have to bake us some soon then."

"Sounds like a plan," Roderich said. He stretched his back a bit then took yet another sip from his mocha. "I could use a break from all this hectic school atmosphere before finals show up."

Looking back up from his phone, Mason nodded. "Yes! A picnic would be nice," he said. "Taking a break from school stress would be good."

Belle sat with both hands clasping her cup in front of her although not taking a drink yet, finding the topic at hand more important at the moment, "Who do you think would want to come?" She thought aloud. Inviting as many people as possible sounded pretty appealing to her, but she figured it might be a bit much for some people... And probably wouldn't work out anyway.

Roderich sighed, not wanting to dwell so deep that particular topic. He didn't really want anyone else join in their picnic. He figured it should be more of a private affair. "Why can't it just be the three of us-- well four of us, counting Vash?" He asked. "God forbid you bring along those... Those idiots."

"Well I'm afraid that can't be helped," he said. Roderich was typically critical about Vash when it came to his best friend's mood problem. It's like the guy is never happy, only moderate or just unemotional.

"Yes, the sooner the better," Roderich insisted. He thought for a moment, trying to recall his schedule for the next couple of days. He should be free for a small part of the days, aside from classes, studying, his part time job, and piano practice. "How about this Saturday?" He suggested. "I'm off work then, what about you?"

Belle let out a giggle, "I'll have to trust you with that then. Good luck!" Calming down until she was simply smiling she took a sip of her drink. "What time do you think would be good? If we made it a lunch time thing it would be nice~"

"Lunch sounds like perfect timing." Roderich turned his attention to his phone and began to text Vash the details. "Group picnic on Sat. @ lunch. Be there." it read. He had no choice but to be straightforward with Vash to reduce questioning and better his chances at convincing him. "Well besides us four, who do you want to bring? I know that Arthur in my literature class is alright."

(Imma just gunna start this back up-- all of you people come and have fun, because why not. It's fucking college-- I think? Whatever. Do what you want.)

When Roderich and Belle planned out this small picnic, they were expecting a small get together that was rather private. However, that was not the case now. This was supose to be peaceful and relaxing, but now it was more of a crazy field day on campus with no supervision, and definetely no rules. Apparently the word spread about their plan, which was no surprise because this was school. Whatever happens to slip, the entire student population would know in less than a week. It looked like every kid and their damn mother was gathered upon the Academy's east side campus. Numerous amounts of small picnics dotted the area, there was music blasting in the distance-- and why the hell were those idiot jocks playing frisbee and lacrosse in the middle of the lawn?! Roderich hated jocks.

He was just glad he didn't have to directly deal with all these crazy people. He and Belle had picked a nice spot under one of the shady trees to eat, and there shouldn't be too many people coming over to their small territory. If they did, Roderich would shoo them and tell them to go beg for food from someone else's picnic. Speaking of the grouchy young man, he was laying back against the tree, reading some fantasy book Arthur suggested to him. Now that he thought about it, he should probably text the brit how he was liking it now that he was half way through it. Roderich was a quick reader, especially when it came to books he loved. Now that he thought about it, Arthur was really the only guy he knew who shared that weird book facination. Just a pair of nerds... And yet people still question why Roderich was single. He certainly had the looks, but maybe not the cool lifestyle down.... The Austrian didn't wear anything special, just the old casual red flammel shirt, khaki pants, and red boat shoes. He was waiting for the others to arrive; they always keep him waiting. He pulled out his cell phone and checked the time. It was only noon... They had plenty of time to have fun.
